excited. 5 mile run. first 2 miles at 8 minute pace. next 1.5 miles at 730 pace. last mile and a half at 6:40 pace. was tough and found myself huffing and puffing.

did the bodyweight workout but had to cut the pushup part short on last set. was straining a muscle and figured it would be better to not get injured.

recently did 50 yards underwater for the first time as well. maintaining 4 workouts per week.

    Decided to pursue Pararescue late 2014. Started training and have not stopped yet. Passed the PAS Test Mid April 2015 on the first go. Signed the contract and ship mid July.
