June 8th and June 9th were basically the same workout. We are trying to figure out this water confidence thing and get a solid routine put together. A bit of a learning curve, but here is what we have so far:
1. Warm up 100m
2. egg beater 100 m
3. Stretch a bit
4. Egg Beater 50m
super set - 3 under waters
we did the first several under waters like normal. the last few we did about 35-38 meters @ 10 feet deep
3 sets.
5. 5 ditch and dawns each
6. 2 mask recoverys
7. 10 pushups straight into an under water (30 sec rest in between)
4 sets.
like an intro to 10ups. I'm feeling more comfortable with these even at 10 feet. especially more than the other day.
